God speaking "Instead of dreading difficulties that may or may not occur
view this day as a sacred adventure to be shared with me."

Amen. Staying in step with God is so much better than living in the distractions.
The writer, a Life Coach, observes the tough times of life as challenges to gain great life lessons and personal growth through the loss of comfort, status, material, position, health, relationships, etc. "Consider it a sheer gift when tests and challenges come...You know that under pressure, your faith-life...shows its true colors. So don't try to get out of anything prematurely. Let it do its work so you become mature and well-developed, not deficient in any way." His and others' stories make up the blogsite.

"There's more to come: We continue to shout our praise even when we're hemmed in with troubles, because we know how troubles can develop passionate patience in us, and how that patience in turn forges the tempered steel of virtue, keeping us alert for whatever God will do next. In alert expectancy such as this, we're never left feeling shortchanged. Quite the contrary - we can't round up enough containers to hold everything God generously pours into our lives through the Holy Spirit!" Romans 5:3-5 The Message
